About the Studio

The studio has ground level access with a large loading door from the parking lot and large sliding doors into the main studio space. There is an equipment/control room attached off the main space where renters can have access to our in-house equipment for use in their productions. We have a 6 camera live-streaming set-up available where your crew or our in-house crew can get you on the air, live or live-to-tape. The control room acts a separate space for crew to operate from during the multi-camera productions.



Overtime & Weekend Rates

If you need to stay in the studio longer than 8 hours on a weekday, each additional hour is $50.
If you want to book the studio for the day on weekends or holidays (subject to staff availability), the rate is $250 for a half-day and $400 for a full day.

*Bookings outside of regular business hours (Monday to Friday 10am-5pm) is subject to staff availability and additional fees.*

Green Room

A green room right beside the studio is available for use during your production for an-add of $35 for a half-day and $50 for a full-day. This is ideal if you have a project with a lot of people coming in and out and you need a holding or rest area away from the studio environment. If you have large groups we can arrange the green room to accommodate them.

It has 2 desks, a love seat and several chairs with room for more to be added.

Free use of a wi-fi printer and a small fridge stocked with bottled water and local craft beers.
